Odysseas Kotzampasis
Research
Odysseas Kotzampasis is a Presidential Fellow pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2026, where he focused on integrated circuit design and semiconductor technology. During his studies, he completed ASIC tape-outs of custom accelerator designs, gaining experience across digital IC design, physical design, and fabrication. His current research focuses on developing miniaturized CMOS-based electronic systems for biological applications, including autonomous microscale devices capable of sensing and interacting with their cellular environment.
