Research

My research investigates biosensing – notably, DNA-DNA binding and interactions – at the single-molecule level with carbon nanotube FETs (smFETs).

The work I accomplished for my Masters degree focused on compact modeling of RF graphene FETs (GFETs) for use in circuit simulators, with the end goal being to enable circuit designers to build GFET-based circuits. Here’s a link to my work.

Scott served as President of the DC Gamma Chapter of Tau Beta Pi during his senior year of college. He remains active in the organization by serving as Chapter Advisor to the NY Alpha Chapter.
